Lutheran Church of Hope (53 kW)

Ironcor Solar Structures (now Sunport Structures) was commissioned to complete this project for the University Lutheran Church of Hope in Minneapolis, Minnesota, in collaboration with our partners, EPC Sundial. The solar modules provides 100% of the church's annual energy consumption, making it a resilient and sustainable addition to the campus.

The project was completed in 2022. The carport (solar parking lot) has 132 solar modules, and a capacity of 52.8 kW. The completed project features a rooftop array of 91 modules, bringing the total to 228 modules and a capacity of 91 kW. It has helical screw piles for structural support, and the ISS Double Wing T structure.
